What Does the Role Entail?

As a Loan Sales / Wealth Management Officer, you’ll play a key role in our sales and customer service teams. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Selling Loan Products: You’ll be responsible for selling a variety of loan products to potential customers. This means identifying needs, offering tailored solutions, and guiding clients through the application process.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between RFS and our customers. Your goal is to help qualified applicants acquire loans efficiently while providing them with the information and support they need.
  • Application Processing: Collect and prepare all necessary materials to process loan transactions. You’ll evaluate creditworthiness, process documentation, and ensure that all loan agreements comply with company policies.
  • Customer Counseling: Beyond just processing loans, you’ll be counseling clients on their financial options, helping them understand the terms and conditions, and setting up debt payment plans that work for them.
  • Cross-Selling Products: You’ll develop referral networks and suggest alternative channels for customers. Cross-selling additional financial products and services will be crucial in helping you meet your sales targets.
  • Compliance: Operate within the legal framework, ensuring all your activities comply with laws and regulations. Adhering to lending guidelines is essential to maintaining our high standards.

Scope and Impact
