1. Security Officer II (Posts: 1)
Job Grade: NSSF Grade 8
Location: Head Office, Nairobi
Key Responsibilities:
A Security Officer II at NSSF will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of NSSF property, office premises, and assets, both developed and undeveloped.
The officer will work under the supervision of a senior officer, and their responsibilities will include:
- Asset Protection: Ensuring the security of all NSSF properties, including office premises and assets.
- Law Enforcement Liaison: Working closely with law enforcement agencies on cases affecting the organization.
- Supervision and Training: Supervising and training contracted security guards on NSSF’s core security requirements.
- Safety and Security Awareness: Coordinating safety, health, and security awareness training for staff and stakeholders.
- Investigation Reports: Drafting and forwarding investigation reports to the senior officer.
- Security Hazard Identification: Identifying security hazards and reporting them to the officer in charge of security services.
