Key Role: Human Resource Officer II
One of the current openings is for the position of Human Resource Officer II, an entry-level role in the NSSF Grade 8, based at the Head Office.
This position is ideal for recent graduates who hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
As a Human Resource Officer II, you will be involved in various key areas such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Talent Development, and HR Operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development:
Manage employee documentation, monitor probation periods, and process pay changes.
- Talent Development:
Participate in training needs analysis, prepare agendas for HR committees, and manage training reimbursements.
- Operations:
Handle staff enquiries, manage data entry for internal and external customers, and assist in wellness programs and disciplinary cases.
