As a Human Resource Officer II, you will be involved in various key areas such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Talent Development, and HR Operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development:

Manage employee documentation, monitor probation periods, and process pay changes.

  • Talent Development:

Participate in training needs analysis, prepare agendas for HR committees, and manage training reimbursements.

  • Operations:

Handle staff enquiries, manage data entry for internal and external customers, and assist in wellness programs and disciplinary cases.
