Key Responsibilities

As the Manager of Enterprise Sales Operations, your mission will be to support the General Manager in executing the Enterprise Sales Strategy and integrating it into daily operations. This involves guiding the sales team to achieve optimal performance, ensuring managed accounts grow as expected, and providing both tactical and strategic support.

Core Duties

  1. Sales Forecasting and Analysis:
    • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to forecast future sales performance accurately.
    • Align forecasts with the Enterprise Business (EB) revenue goals.
  2. Process Optimization:
    • Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Identify bottlenecks and implement automation tools and standardized workflows.
  3. Sales Governance:
    • Develop and implement a sales governance process for territory delineation.
  4. Performance Tracking:
    • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  5. Sales Enablement:
    • Ensure the sales team has access to necessary tools, training, and resources.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs and create sales collateral.
  6. Data Management:
    • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, databases, and other data sources for decision-making.
    • Oversee data quality initiatives and implement data governance policies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: A first degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6–13 years in sales operations management or project management, with a track record of executing and managing competing tasks and demands. Experience in the telecommunications industry and with supporting large multinational accounts is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of sales best practices, including pipeline management and forecasting.
    • Experience in financial and executive reporting.
    • Proven ability to develop and deploy project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes.
