Location: Ikoyi, Lagos, South West Region, Nigeria
Job Description
As an Analyst in Data Proposition at MTN Nigeria, you will play a vital role in implementing, monitoring, and reporting on customer connection usage and retention initiatives. Your efforts will help drive the achievement of business objectives for the teen segment of the consumer market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies to boost acquisition, usage, and revenue growth for MTN’s teen segment customers.
- Manage and coordinate brand promotions, product launches, and re-launches.
- Develop and align work implementation plans with business strategy.
- Continuously review and monitor the demographic profiles of teen segment customers.
- Assist in developing advertising and communication concepts to support MTN’s brand-building initiatives in the Teen Marketplace.
- Maintain and build the teen brand through various marketing means while managing relationships with key media agencies.
- Provide stakeholders with timely and relevant information for project evaluation.
- Research industry evolution and competition to identify segment-specific gaps and strategies.
- Analyze best practices and provide recommendations to the segment manager for teens.
Qualifications
- Education: First degree in any related discipline.
- Experience: 3-7 years in a related field, with experience in customer contact, marketing plans, advertising materials, and product life cycle monitoring. Telecommunications Industry/FMCG experience is a plus.
- Skills: Fluent in English, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing strategies.
