1. Logistics Officer
Location: Yola, Adamawa
Employment Type: Full-time
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing multiple tasks? As a Logistics Officer at Multipro Consumer Product Limited, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and on time.
This role involves working closely with various departments, handling logistics documentation, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Communication: Work with the sales and marketing team to ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain effective communication with internal departments such as sales, finance, HR, and the warehouse.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and manage logistics-related documentation, including records of breakdowns, repairs, and mobile management. Ensure that all logistics transactions and activities are accurately recorded.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where logistics processes can be improved and suggest practical solutions. Assist in implementing new strategies and technologies to enhance logistics efficiency.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all logistics operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Promote and adhere to health and safety standards within the logistics environment.
Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
