Job Grade: NSSF Grade 8
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies or related field, proficiency in computer applications.
Responsibilities: Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring security of records.
2. Driver II
Location: Head Office/Field Offices
Number of Posts: 23
Job Grade: NSSF Grade 11
Requirements: KCSE D (Plain), Valid Driving License, 2+ years of experience, proficiency in computer applications.
Responsibilities: Driving NSSF vehicles, maintaining vehicles, performing clerical duties, and ensuring safety during transport.
3. Office Assistant II
Location: Head Office/Field Offices
Number of Posts: 11
Job Grade: NSSF Grade 12
Requirements: KCSE D- (minus), proficiency in computer applications.
Responsibilities: Maintaining cleanliness, delivering mail, and managing office supplies.
