The Role
As a Data Quality Associate at FirstBank, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing the bank’s Data Quality Management framework.
This includes establishing data quality standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the integrity and reliability of data across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve:
- Framework Implementation: Operationalizing Data Quality Management framework elements and developing policies and metrics to enhance data quality.
- Governance and Compliance: Supporting data governance efforts and contributing to the creation of data policies, processes, and metrics.
- Data Quality Strategies: Assisting in the execution of data quality strategies and processes throughout the data lifecycle.
- Issue Resolution: Conducting root cause analysis of data issues and collaborating with data stakeholders to resolve underlying problems.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Establishing and monitoring Data Quality Scorecards and dashboards to report on data quality levels and improvement progress.
- Communication and Awareness: Promoting Data Quality Management principles across the bank and developing communication strategies to support effective change implementation.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- Educational Background: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Relevant work experience in data management or a related field.
