  • Logging and Tracking Disputes: You’ll be responsible for logging disputes via FairMoney’s dispute portals and processors.
  • Timely Feedback: Ensure feedback is provided on disputes within five working days.
  • Refund Processing: Accurately and swiftly process refunds for cardholders in the case of accepted disputes.
  • Fund Reversals: Ensure that funds related to accepted disputes are reversed to the company’s settlement accounts.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve complaints raised by customers using the FairMoney app.
  • Other Assigned Duties: You’ll also handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the finance department.
