Job Title: Assistant Head of Early Years

As the Assistant Head of Early Years at DMS, you’ll play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating Fun Learning Experiences: You’ll develop innovative and engaging ways to make learning enjoyable for teenagers and preteenagers, enhancing their educational journey.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Educational Qualifications: A B.Ed., TRCN, or a B.Sc. plus PGDE with a minimum of 5 years of post-NYSC experience.
- Expertise in Montessori and Early Years Education: You should be well-versed in the Montessori System of Education and the Early Years and Foundation Stage Curriculum.
- Passion and Caring Nature: A genuine love for working with children and a caring disposition that fosters a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Good Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Team Player: A collaborative approach to working with others.
- Strong Work Ethics: Reliable and dedicated with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining an organized work environment.
- Female Preferred: We are particularly looking for female candidates for this role.
- Commutability: Must be able to commute to Ago Palace Way, Okota, Isolo Lagos.
