Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Eye Foundation Academy. Your role will involve data compilation for monthly reporting, database updates, and assisting in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Eye Foundation Academy.
- Compile data for monthly reporting.
- Update and maintain both manual and computer databases and filing systems.
- Assist in data gathering and newsletter design.
- Maintain office supplies by placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt of supplies.
- Process internal vendor requests and package orders.
- Order optometric supplies and manage inventory.
- Order lens prescriptions for patients.
- Prepare and monitor invoices.
- Record and track payments.
- Assist in other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
