Job Opportunity: Loan Recovery Officer
We are currently recruiting for a full-time position as a Loan Recovery Officer in the following locations:
- Ikeja, Lagos
- Ilupeju, Lagos
- Ibadan, Oyo
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers’ loan requests
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding loan payments via calls
- Keep updated records of all loan-related transactions
- Answer questions and address complaints from customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Age: Must be between 22 and 28 years
