- Facilitating the availability of petty cash to cover operational expenses and any emergencies that arise.
- Maintaining detailed records to allow easy disbursement, reconciliation, and replenishment of funds.
- Processing expense retirement ledgers to ensure accurate accountability for all cash advances.
- Keeping track of cash requests and disbursements and reconciling received cash with expenses recorded in the petty cash book.
- Processing payments for accounts, issuing receipts, and maintaining updated records of payments and received amounts.
- Managing bank collections, safeguarding cash, and preparing daily and weekly cash summary reports.
- Answering queries related to approvals, payment limits, and deadlines.

What You Need to Apply

- Minimum of an HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or Economics.
