Key Responsibilities
As a Compliance Officer II, you will be tasked with:
Inspection of Employer Records: Ensuring that employers adhere to the provisions of the NSSF Act through regular inspections.
Employer and Employee Registration: Working closely with Registration Officers to facilitate the registration of new employers, employees, and voluntary contributors.
Records Management: Maintaining zonal records, including employer lists, contribution registers, and monitoring defaulters.
Compliance Monitoring: Following up on employer compliance, preparing reports, and validating employer returns.
Customer Service: Addressing complaints from both members and employers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for the Compliance Officer II position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
