Role Overview: As the Team Lead for our Financial Control Unit, you will oversee critical financial operations, including the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial analyses and compliance with accounting regulations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in accounting and finance, particularly within the banking or microfinance sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA preferred)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
