Objectives:

3. Lead, Network Infrastructure
Objectives:
- Ensure the provisioning and maintenance of channels for voice and data communication locally and with other corporate sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of strategies for ensuring the availability of reliable IT infrastructure in NUIMS.

5. Lead, IT Asset Management & Service Support
Objectives:
- Ensure requests for IT services are appropriately routed to the respective delivery teams and followed through to fulfilment while providing 1st level support to the IT user community. Also, manage IT assets.
